I am not a Trekkie, but I always loved the old Star Trek episodes and movies with William Shattner as Captain Kirk, when I was a kid.
They have so much humour, and the characters are fantastic! I can't say who I like the most. Okay, not quite true, I like Kirk the most, but then? McCoy? Scotty? Spock? Chekov?
Just last weekend I re-watched the 4th movie, where they have to travel back in time to Earth and bring a humpback whale back to the future to safe the future Earth. It's hilarious!
I think the new movie was okay, but nothing special. The old crew is unbeatable.
